Founders

Meet Manish Gupta and Karan Kamal, co-founders of PayIntel

PayIntel is founder-led. Both co-founders spent years inside enterprise payment operations and saw the same unaddressed problem in every organisation: payments were processed well and understood poorly.

A career spent between enterprise merchants, payment providers and product organisations: designing authorisation flows, negotiating provider accountability and translating payment data into commercial decisions.

That experience produced one conclusion. Enterprises are well served in payment processing and poorly served in payment intelligence.

Origin

Why PayIntel was created

Payment infrastructure kept improving. Payment intelligence kept being left to chance.

Years helping enterprises process payments

Every project ended the same way: the payment worked, and no one could explain what the failures had cost the business.

No one was building enterprise payment intelligence

Providers optimised their own economics. Analytics tools reported history. Nobody owned continuous improvement of enterprise payment intelligence.

The vision: Enterprise Payment Intelligence

An independent, read-only intelligence layer that diagnoses why payments fail, prioritises actions by business value and accumulates Enterprise Memory over time.

Advisory board — forming

We are assembling advisors from enterprise commerce, payment operations, risk and applied AI to guide the category as it develops.
